Day 1- Dhanteras (October 18, 2025)

In the evening, Dhanteras Puja is performed by lighting lamps around the house to honour Lord Dhanvantari, the god of health, and to pray for prosperity and well-being.
Day 2- Chhoti Diwali or Narak Chaturdashi (October 19, 2025)
Preparations for the main Diwali rituals are made on this day. Also, this day marks the death of Naraka at the hands of Lord Krishna. In some regions, prayers are also offered to Goddess Kali on this day as they are linked with the Chaturdashi tithi. It’s a day for cleaning and letting go of all the old stuff around your house. Day 3- Diwali (October 20, 2025)
